Chicago Writers Conference presents Bad Poetry Night to benefit literacy on March 31st

“Part of our mission is to support the growth of literary voices in Chicago, and these scholarships, provided to tutors at Open Books and 826CHI, allow younger writers to take advantage of our offerings. We appreciate their generosity of spirit; these are young writers who donate their time and share their knowledge with kids in Chicago, and we want to recognize their efforts with these scholarships.”

Chicago Writers Conference Executive Director, Mare Swallow
