The Existential Issue
“He allowed himself to be swayed by his conviction that human beings are not born once and for all on the day their mothers give birth to them, but that life obliges them over and over again to give birth to themselves.”
–Gabriel Garcia Marquez
For our next issue, we’re diving into existentialism and what it means to be. We’re on the lookout for essays and stories that question existence, reality, and philosophies. All we ask is that you follow our mandatory submission guidelines and to include a brief, third person biography at the foot of your submission or in your cover letter. Please note: we do not accept submissions that have not been proofread and oddly formatted. Please adhere to MLA formatting!
